Did you test the "old" version or the new one?

Just added a second Text Document showing the system Restarting both Tuner's.

One minor issue, if you test Suspend and Resume before OK'ing settings, the settings are lost.

    Hi,

    just a quick question:

I solved the problems you 're attacking by a simple script with devcon (restarting DVB cards).
It seems that your (new-)app does something similar.
What I would like to know is; devcon tells me that after my devices have restarted (Firedtv cards) I need to reboot.
    a) is this the same with your app?
    b) is the reboot really necessary?

sorry for maybe asking a stupid question, but I am not into HW related stuff....

    cheers

I don't think that the reboot is really needed if everything worked as it should.

The second version of Mpsh really contains the functionality to restart a hardware device via disabling/enabling it.
It will reboot the system if something went wrong during that process. You can configure if the reboot (if necessary) should be done or not.

(By the way, the reboot functionality is not yet completly implemented)

Try the Beta02 and tell me if it worked...

    Hi!

I just tryed your Beta2, and everything seems to work, fine!
However, in Hardwaremanager I get the entry that the PC needs to be restarted ... but if that's no issue - fine with me.
I'm going to proceed with the tests and tell you if I find anything.

    cheers

I selected the settings that I wanted, then tested Suspend and Resume before activating the OK button. When I reopened MPstandbyHandlerGui the settings were no longer there.

Activating OK before testing, everything fine.

    Attached log after first scenario.

I am not really sure if this is an issue. But you can find it out. :)

What I have found, with my setup, if I configure settings and activate OK on the Resume or Suspend screen, everything is fine.

If I configure settings and activate OK on another screen, for example, the Common screen, does not retain configuration.

Have attached two logs, one successful, one unsuccessful.
