Right now I'm only able to delete one lyric entry after another...
Is there a way with MPTagThat to delete all allready existing lyrics in one folder at once?

You mean you have e.g. 100 songs and want to remove all lyrics in it?
A script might work.
I am quite busy with real life, but i think i can get you something in the next days.

Here you go. unzip the attached file into the scripts folder of the MPTagThat installation.
that is normally c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MPTagThat\Scripts\

Then you see a new script "Remove Lyrics" in the Ribbon. it clears the Lyrics of all marked songs.
