Yesterday my HTPC causes some errors, so I had to make an old image to the HDD. Just for Fun i tested the MPTouch- Plugin and now it works... The Display is working correctly but i still haven't installed the driver for Touch functionality - will do this later today. The other thing i haven't done till now, is to disable the Minidisplay Plugin for my IMon.

Good to hear everything is up and running, I tried to replicate the problem but had no luck and your logs were clean.
The Mini-Display plugin would probably conflict with MPTouch.

Here some news about this issue. Yesterday I saw that no recordings were shown, but there are two on the HDD. I altered the installtion of 4TR and implemented the Management Console of this Plugin. After that I see the Recordings but than I got the same issue as before. So it's nothing about the MiniDisplay-Plugin.

Is there someone here who has 4TR installed and everything is OK?

for the downloadable Plugin I made some changes on the Skin. I reworked some pictures to fit better with the Skin X-Factor.
If there is someone here who wants that too, just write here and I will publish it.

OK - here it is... But remember to change the names in the hover- folder as you use it in your x-factor menu.

EDIT: I changed the WindowBG. The new one is more colorfull.

Hi all

I just installed this plugin onto 1.1.1 and am having some n00b issues:
1. Is there already a skin made for StreamedMP?
2. The home screen looks a bit awkward. See attached img
3. When touching the touchscreen it takes focus away from MP main window
3.a. Edit: Scrolling using the remote (MCE) takes the focus away from main window. Doing the same with a keyboard does not.
4. Trying to scroll any list works just the opposite as expected: dragging down will attempt to scroll the list up. The other way around doesn't work at all...
5. Is it possible to display disk C free space everywhere like current date / time is?
5.a. How about CPU temperature / usage?

I'm really hoping to resolve these issues as I really want this plugin. The other functions are great, especially the info displayed This plugin is exactly why I bought the DH 102 case

If there is nobody here, than i could make it. But in the next few days i have not much time. Middle of next week could be possible.

Have you set the option in MP Config that MP stays allways on Top?

May be in skinning you can give me a try. It's not that hard as I thought. I think it's even not to hard to make completely new icons for your new version.
If I don't have to know much about programming than it could be possible.

Hi sa_ddam213 (and all others),

I sad the other day think about how I would like to control MP using my touchscreen. And as you have mentioned that you are considering re-writing the plugin from scratch I thought I would share my thoughts, if it has any interest. I have made and uploaded some drawings to illustrate what I mean. These are only overall design suggestions, but colors, font, logo's etc are not worked through.

First of all, when MP is started I would suggest a very plane screen, only weather and RSS-feeds if enabled (startscreen.jpg). I would suggest this screen to be the basic display, and then if a remote button is pressed the display should change to a list view in accordance with MP main display (Remote navigation.jpg), and if a submenu is chosen then the layout should be followed through e.g. in Music (List navigation.jpg).

As long as we are in the main menu I would suggest that if the screen is touched (preferably, if that is to difficult the MP logo in the corner could be used as a button) the screen would change to a screen with four or five custom shortcuts with large icons (Touch navigation.jpg). If e.g. music is chosen here or if we already are in music, it should just jump to the list view also used for remote.

If no interaction, i.e. touching the screen or remote control keys, then screen should after a short timeout return to the basic display. If some media has been chosen and is playing then the basic screen should be substituted with a simple now playing screen (Now playing.jpg, the draft here lacks playback control buttons under the progress bar and equalizer in the top of the screen).

Link to the status page that you have made should be kept as one of the shortcuts on the touch navigation screen.

As mentioned this is just my two cents on how the layout and functionality of the plugin could be arranged. I hope that you can use this somehow, also I would love to hear some comments on my suggestions here and if it comes to layout I would love to try to help.
