Hi Johnnie,

The touchscreen itself needs its own driver. The plugin doesn't contain any pointer driver.
You must be able to use your touchscreen without the plugin if you want to use it with the plugin. It's a kind of prerequisite.

PS: "TouchScreenSkin" folder goes in to your skin "Media" folder

Question concerning the location of the "TouchScreenSkin" folder.
Should the content of this folder copied into the " Media" folder or should I create/copy the folder and its content in the " Media" folder (eg make it a subdir)?

Wow, this version works really well on my system, it's the first one that doesn't keep randomly crashing.
I have found one bug with moving pictures, I have a custom intro .wmv file played before each movie (this is in the advanced options of moving pictures) when it swaps between the intro and the main movie media portal crashes, this only happens when the touch screen plugin is enabled.

Mhm i would really like to use this plugin. but the problem is my touchscreen doesnt work with theplugin. I think i just need the right driver. its en silverstone case with an 4 inch i think soundgraph display but what of all this crypy soundgraph shit i have to install?

Ok and here are my first thoughts.

nice to have a touc plugin for mp at first.
-when watching tv and switching between channels the status on the touch is always one channel behind.
- is it possible to include a fullscreen view . something like pushing the button and then displaying the tvlogo, mp3thumb in fullscrenn with at least some very basic information. and when display is touched again returning to the more informativ standart view.
Or what would be even better in my opinion displaying the fullscreen thum oper default and only showing up the more informativ screen by touching the display ?

As mentioned before I need some playing around with the plugin and I did this tonight, and I really love it!!!
So please please continue developing, this is what I've been looking for, for a long time. This is thééé plugin for people with dual screen (touch) setup.

Herewith some feedback, which maybe can be usable:

Feature request:

• is it possible to a implement a sort of screen saver, when you're watching TV or, when its running a while with for instance RADIO on
• is it possible to add pictures from an other skin, I'm using Fidelity

Findings/issue's:

• when I select system info, MP crashes after a couple of seconds
• when "sys info" is activated, I also saw that some text is runing out of boxes (running 1024x768)
• when TV is running, I'm not able to switch to HOME screen. After activation of NAVIGATION it defaults right back to TV-info
• in the navigation screen, where the up/down/left/right etc buttons are. Behind the buttons is showing, for instance when the radio is active, the picture of the station. But when you deactivate NAV, the picture is rolling up together with the NAV buttons and the picture "no image" appears
• Keyboard text on buttons is missing
• is it possible to change the background color, to black for example?

When you need more info, please let me know.

In the TouchScreenSkin folder you can change any of the images as long as you keep the same filename,
the hovers work on the Highlighted button name so for basic home or home just add/change the hovers and name them the same as the focused button.

May I add some feature request?
IF NO GOTO GREATINGS
- Possibility to use the primary screen (with a kind of screen selector?)
- Add Main Mediaportal window and display management. Here are the scenari
--- Both displays are ON. Turning the main dispaly OFF make windows think it will never reapear. -> Put TouchScreen plugin on top of MP so we can continue using it.
--- Touch screen in ON, Main screen is OFF. Turning the main screen ON doesn't make it reapear in windows settings. -> Enable main screen and move MP windows to it.
I don't know how difficult it could be. It is only my most anoying part up to now

3. Yeah, that would be great. If I understand it. When TV is active there will be a button on Touchscreen that will give you the possibility to go to the HOME screen, from there you can Manage MP again. Right?
