After update I have no change.

This is triggered by an upgrade using deploy tool. Without bumping the version number or adjusting deploy tool this will not get triggered.

Although if you install on to of a 1.3 install you might be able to trigger the same outcome by running config with

--deploymode

Sorry, what I wrote was wrong. Upon running the NSIS installer

<entry name="player">BASS engine</entry>

is removed, which is expected, since it is the NSIS installer that runs configuration.exe --deploymode, not the DeployTool installer. It gets confusing since DeployTool runs the NSIS installer!

So, all is fine!!!

Installed, all seems to work 100% - really like the 'resume' ability.

One gotcha I seem to have found - I cannot change the skin Theme (using Titan) in the Configurator, simply does not update the skinsetting.xml. Within the GUI via settings, no problem.

Related to music player rework? Which version are you using? Logs?

Music section, yes, most recently posted version from posting 1 in thread.

There is nothing in logs - this configuration not operational issue.

Logs wiped before config, open config, select GUI, select 'edit skin', select different Theme, select OK to close submenu, select OK to close config.

Theme going in - Deep Red, selected Theme name PW.

Config & Config.error attached - note no reference to action - no update to skinsettings.xml

Well, this is unlikely to be related to the BASS rework, and I can't reproduce the problem. Will try again.

Edit: tested with this branch and working perfectly here. Not sure why it isn't working for you, but not related to the BASS rework.

Odd - OK, I'll strip my MePo out completely [I did a level 1 uninstall] and re-install the release clean and test it again, seems probable now just a local hitch then - will report findings back tonight.

Clean install, and it's all good - not sure what local problem was but clearly local - snapshot build 1.3.0.2657.

All other functions in Music rework that I can test are good.

How can I play the files in media portal WAVDTS, CUEFlac the same time? If you put the BASS CUEFlac playing well, but then do not play WAVDTS (white noise). If you do not put it BASS WAVDTS plays and CUEFlac not, is a mistake:

PlaylistPlayer: *** unable to play - D:\Media\Music\Dire Straits\Dire_Straits-Money_For_Nothing-CD-FLAC-1988-WRE\Money for Nothing.cue.fake.track.01.flac - skipping track!
