Sorry - yes.. This download is obsolete for a year now as it was designed for MediaPortal 0.2.0.0.
The current release comes shipped with a Burner plugin already

Hi!

I tried to fix the most urgent issues of this plugin to get it at least into a useable state again.

Please make sure:

For CD-Burning:
- You need Windows' "ImapiService" (won't work if you nLite'd it away during a strip down process)

For DVD-Burning:
- You should delete your old "Burner" subdirectory, go to the plugin config for the current link and redownload the needed files.
- If you use an unknown media (like DVD+R in a DVD-R drive) you won't get an error message in MP (yet?)!

For Video-DVD-Burning:
- You should have a "C:\Windows\Fonts\" directory - no matter where your Windows is installed (maybe use partition links, SUBST, whatever).


This is not (and maybe has never been) the right plugin to showoff MediaPortal

There might still be some issues left but please tell me whether is working again in general. If not I am happy to read log files

RTv u are my hero i really hate having to leave mp to burn a cd for car!
one quick question could you do a quick guide ie step 1,2 and 3 after mp install for us noobs
i am a tad confused as to weather a download is necess or not?

Hello,

thank you for restarting work on this plugin. I used the 0.2.2 release and it almost worked perfect. (Unfortunately Audio CD did not work). Now you write there are some improvements but I do not find the new plugin. Didi you mean the plugin that comes with the 0.2.3 was improved or where can I find the latest release. I do not want (yet) to switch to 0.2.3. Thank you very much

creating data cd... by selecting FOLDERS

Hi All !

i have a simple question about it.
I wanted to burn pictures (photos). But i realized i could not select a complete folder.... i have to select each photo (file) one by one.

Is there a way to select the complete folder ?

If not, could you try to add this function in future release ? that would be really great i think.

Hi,

I would use it, if I could set my Drive in the config. There is also the info at startup of the config, that I´m missing some files.

Reinstalled the Mediaportal twice without any effect.
