One small point, in Movie Collector, when you import the slot number it is actually the Index number. For me, the slot number would be more helpful since I can assign it manually in Movie Collector. The Index number is generated automatically in Movie Collector so it doesn't really tell you where you have stored the DVD.

This has worked fine for me since I started using Movie Collectorz before they had a "slot number" field and I was forced to use index as my slot number for my DVD changer. If you can, it would be great to retain and display BOTH index and slot number. Thanks for the plugin, I am using it all the time to reference my DVD changer slots and to play the (few) DVDs I have loaded to HDD.

Dukus, your plugin is so good that I want to use it to CREATE my movie database since that is one of the most time consuming parts of setting up MediaPortal. Your option to update the database is wonderful, but it only UPDATES. That is, it does not find the files on my HDD, even though I specify their location in the plugins Movies folder. Since it is an option, those people who want to keep their DVD collection separate from their HDD movies don't have to use the plugin to update the movies database. Is there any way you could have it find the files as well? Thanks so much for a wonderful plugin.

Hi,

what Helge wants to say is that the covers are not shown in the plugin.
I have a similar problem. I imported my DVD's from DVD Profiler and only some of the covers are visible in the plugin.
Is there a way, program to edit the db File manualy ?

PS I found a solution for my problem with the covers: by importing the data the path for the images must be ...\DVD Profiler\images and everything is ok.

Can i set a path for films that are local on my hd to play them ?

hey,
after reinstall my pc i become these error when i'm try to open config of mydvds. then i can enter the data to my dvdprofiler database. if i click "import" the same error comes up.
can someone please help me!

(machine.config) der jitDebugging-Wert im Abschnitt system.windows.forms festgelegt werden.
Die Anwendung muss mit aktiviertem Debuggen kompiliert werden.
