you should use the support template, so we get to know your specs.
with MPRC4 and newest SVN it works fine for me anyway. be aware that [as far as i know] MP uses ID3tags tp parse the album info. so if your mp3's lacking correct tags, mp won't find any info for an album.

I have the same problem. My MP3s have ID3 tags. When I try to get the info, a list of albums is displayed and when I select one of them I get a "No album info" message.

Now that MediaPortal has gone 64-bit, any references to lParam should be converted to int64 rather than int32 or compared to zero...
