Imokles, Yeah absolutely. However im only going to catalogue the tracks, so they can be added to playlists. The rest will still be available, but rather than having those in the track listings, you can just play the dvd to get access to those features through the DVD's menu, does that work for you? Im assuming no one whos putting on some music videos will be wanting to listen to a Song then an interview, then a song, then a making of the video... (correct me if im wrong, and you want to catalogue everything on the dvd in the plugin itself....)

Yes, you're right. It doesn't make sense to catalogue anything else than music videos. The way you are describing it is exactly the way I would want it to work!

Just confirming that the latest version is importing .ts files now, plus it imports them in one hit, rather than one file per scan, great stuff,

i have a couple ofof music dvd rips that are just one really long .avi file
it would be nice if your dvd support worked for this.
basically you'd have to enter the start/end time for each track within the movie file
ideally you could have some sort of .nfo file associated ie
black eyed peas - elephunk.avi
black eyed peas - elephunk.nfo

I think if this was implemented then best way is to have an associated .txt file because
(1) Easier if you rescan/move file/loose the database
(2) Doesn't complicate your music video configuration plugin visually as much

I'm not sure if mediaportal supports starting a video at a certain time stamp and then stoping at a certain timestamp

This all sounds good to me too - I'd rather rip music DVDs to AVI to save on HDD space - trying to avoid building a server for a little bit longer (mainly 'cause I don't know how to! )

the plugin seems to be incompatible with latest svn test build. any ideas?
Configuration plugins window says so and would not load the plugin.

Fresh install, with moving pictures and tv series plugins.

Maybe its me, but why should my GUI-related classes implement ISetupForm?

I have a class that does implement it, but I have seperated them from the ISetupForm class, as they are intended for different purposes.

I have a few music blurays on my HDD .mkv and .ts.
I was wondering if it is possible to have a selection between music videos and music dvd's\bluray's when entering the plug-in as 2 separate categories.
And I'm using xfactor skin is this plug-in supported there?
