Hi there,

i have a wired problem. After a scan i noticed that a few Artist are not sorted the way i would like to. For example 50 cent ft. blabla was not sorted to 50 cent. It was a single view in the database. So i did edit the database to have a match to everyting 50 cent xx to 50 cent and not anymore 50 cent and 50 cent ft. blabla. When i have a look in the database everything looks fine. When i start MP now i still have the old view. Is there a cache i have to clear first?

The screen shots shows the view i have inside MP and the other is the database.

Running MP 1.1 with BleazleWide V8.1.1.0 skin and the Music Video fix from Trevor on Win XP

Any idea?

I have the same problem like Albert2002. Also deleted Artists are still visible in the plugin.

Hey all... I have a problem with the music vids plugin.

So here's the story. One of my HDD died on me, and it had a lot of my movies and music videos on it. I was able to plug it into my other PC and get the data off of it and move it to another drive but then an issue started with this plugin.

It's been working great in the past, no problem whatsoever, but since I moved it, I was also cleaning up my downloads folder, which was where the ffmpeg.exe was located, and accidentally deleted it without realizing what it was.

So I started importing all my music videos again and did the parsing test which went through fine, but then when I imported into my db, it crashed. My Moving pictures and Tv Series plugins are working and updating no problem.

I tried with multiple music videos, only one, and a bunch as well, then realized that the ffmpeg was missing. Well I downloaded the one from the link in the readme for the musicvids download and figured this is it, I figured out why it was crashing, and BAM, same issue once again. I moved the file to different locations, re-pointed it multiple times and nothing. I cannot figure this one out. I've been googling for hours and still cannot find a solution.

Any help/suggestions would be great.

HELP - I am still trying to get My Music Videos to work for me. I have several DVDs with videos from various artist in each DVD. I have extracted each song and they are listed as title - artist.ext. Unfortunately when I try to parse the directories it always comes back with the artist instead of the title and the title instead of the artist (I have tried reversing it but still comes back the same). I prefer to listen to the music sorted by song name and not by bunching the same artist together. Trevor, could you fix the expressions in the "My Music Videos Configuration" to actually follow the parsing expression instead of expecting artist - title.ext expression. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Been a long time user and lover of this plugin

Have tried to use the updated .dll and am getting crashes on config

I know, i know, will gather log files, but not sure it will show up as I don't get any further than config

Did get a message that this version of the plugin was not compatible with my version of MP.

I am running MP 1.1.0.0 Final so any ideas??
