If you reinstall/update MediaPortal MPC Video/Audio (optional) and MONOGRAM AAC (no way to not install it?) codecs gets installed. It's most likely these are causing the issues. One easy way to find out is to start playing the trailer in MediaPortal, ALT-TAB and start GraphStudio and connect to the remote graph.. now you will see what codecs mediaportal is using. Eliminate the wrong codec by unregistering or lowering it's merits.

    Boy, you're fast :)
Tried it, but connecting to a remote graph doesn't seem to work. It shows the pid, but when I click okay, nothing happens. It doesn't build a graph. I know I haven't installed the MediaPortal MPC-HC (?) codecs, but I guess right about the monogram being reinstalled. If I uncheck AAC in ffdshow, Monogram is the new AAC renderer in GraphEdit (with the mixed up center/left channel). By the way, Monogram also does 5.1 in GraphEdit, but pcm stereo in MediaPortal (with voices coming out of my left speaker :)).

register the correct proppage.dll in your system (do a google search on it, and read about it to have a quick understanding what this is for) and the Connect To Remote Graph will work.

Found it thanks to you, proppage did the trick. It showed me that if I render a url, AC3 Filter was used and in MediaPortal it wasn't. No AC3 filter, no AC3. Guess I forgot to add it to the video post processing filters. :D

Thanks so much for this tip

I posted around many forums a couple of months ago when trying to connect to remote graphs and it seemed like nobody had a clue, not even the developer of GraphStudio!

My filters are all working now, but it'll be useful when Codecs change in the future, or I'm trying out the MPC-HC subtitles fix for subtitles + dxva and want to quickly verify it is working.

As a quick tip, I was making logs using the most recent svn (using Log Collector) and part of the process actually creates a snapshot of the DirectShow filter produced for each file that is rendered.

I have a question. I read the Refreshrate changer would be in 1.01. Is it already included in the latest SVN? Or do I need to use this patch?

Its already in the latest SVN, and will also be in 1.01 :D

But, as far as I know, the refreshrate changer doesnt work (the detection that is) on streaming media. (mediainfo.dll)

ghehe.. the thanks you get for free... ;) (had a mouse slip)

    Hello!

A really great plugin, I love it.

Is there any skin that is compatible to Blue3?

I tried both the "generic" and the "BlueWide" skins, but they do not show the whole information. :-(

    Would be great! :)

Tried this plugin last night with latest StreamedMP and it worked perfect! I use SAF for basic codecs and selected some 720p trailers. Awesome! Now if only they'd start adding 5.1 audio I'd be in heaven! Thanks to everyone that worked on this plugin, it rocks!
