HELPP HELPPP -

I install my voice app, but its not working. I dont see My voice setting in MP , also what is + computer mean,, i mean its the activation phrase ,but do i have to hold any key when i say computer, like+ ?

I have something called My Voice Window, but there arnt any option either.

Help ,, i really want to have this plugin.

Thanks - Plus , it will be soo great to make a exe file that can extract all the files in the appropriate folder then ,, there is no way user like mine can mistake while placing the files.

how did you train it to play sons from your database..
i mean where

and how i got it working,, now that i know its easy, follow these steps.

Download and install microsoft SDK Speech thing.

download the myvoice.mpi from here
MediaPortal - Mediacenter - - myVoice (MPI)

then , open mediaportal configration - plugins - and enable the myvoiceprocess - should be in the end of plugins.

then go to config of myvoiceprocess. and configure it. make sure you train you profile from sdk. in control panel<speech.

and select the same profile in the myvoiceprocess plugin in mediaportal config.

after that, i didnt know how to activate the myvoice plugin,, i was saying computer computer and it would not listen to me.. so i went to config of myvoice and in commands, under main activation, i change +computer to computer.

Then it listen to me fine

say computer and it will start listening,, i also add voice like"yes boss" in that main activation,,so when i say computer, it reply yes boss, and that mean the plugin is active, then you control it, like move up ,down, my music, my picture,, and for it to stop listening, you say "computer stop listening" and it reply "Sure Thing Boss". i am the BOSS .

anyway ,, but i want to know how kobaya did,, so he can say ,, music artist michael jackon and it search all michael jackson song and start playing,, and you can say ,, music song beat it, and it will play beat it..

i have 400 movies that are in moving picture plugin, i want to know if i can say, play movie evil dead, and it start playing,

I helped last guy ,now someone HELP ME

This worked except....

Pre-requisite:
I had to create a C:\program files\team-mediaportal\mediaportal\log folder.

I also had to close the config tool and then re-open it in order to enable the MyVoiceProcess plugin.

It was fun but not very practical.
TV noise tends to activate the voice plugin. I need to play some more with making the activate command more complex.

Hi guys,
I know, this thread is been off for months, but I have a problem with my installation of myvoice.

First of all, I use Vista and Mediaportal 1.0.2.0. After installing myvoice and clicking on plugins in the Configuration window, it says that myVoiceProcess is incompatible with my current MediaPortal Version and therefore won't be loaded.

Can anybody help me?

Did u try ignoring the error.
I think it still loads.
That is just information to let u know that the versions dont match.
I dont have vista so might not be correct but check. The plugin should still show up after you reboot.

I tried. But the error is still there:

An error occured while loading the plugin MediaPortal.myVoice.myVoiceProcess,

It's incompatible with the current MediaPortal version and won't be loaded.

After clicking the "OK"-button the myVoiceProcess doesn't show up in the list of plugins.
And I rebooted several times ;-)

Edit: The window Plugin is there, only the process is hiding

After a fresh new instalation of mp and the plugin I'm happy to announce: It's running!

At least I thought it was. I have now the process-plugin in the list of plugins. I can modify the options but the Computer doesn't react to my voice. And I trained the profile a lot yesterday ;-)

I'm using Vista 32bit (ger) and .net Framework 3.5SP1 and this is my log:
