Netflix for OnlineVideos (4 Viewers)

It gives alternating error messages when attempting access through OnlineVideos. See attachments for messages. There aren't any contents in the OnlineVideos log files.

You're using an old version, update your sites to solve this. If you still have problems please do read the opening post carefully for prerequisites and debugging instructions.

Hi all,

I had some issues with Netflix the past few days: Login was possible, but it didn't play any videos.

An update of the Netflix plugin didn't solve the issues. What helped was an uninstall and reinstall of OnlineVideos (which is a matter of minutes).

Well, I have tried to do a quick fix for the login problems, I hope it will work now for everyone! At the moment there are three different login "processes" in use by the web site...

@ravenrocks could you check if you can login now?

I have an error just after select the user, the error is "cannot loading dynamic categories" (I translated this message from my language).
I don't find updates and I tried to unistall and reinstall Netflix plugin like @MiBe but I have always the same error.

Can confirm, whenever I try to go to a subcatagory of a profile (eg, homepage) I get an Error getting dynamic catagories.

Ok, thanks for reporting. We're on a vacation trip at the moment so I can't work on this before the end of next week.

I guess I have to add some more details...

By "didn't play any videos" I meant that I was able to load the personal lists.
But when choosing a video it tried to load, failed and returned to the list.

Right now I get the same error as smurf ("Error getting dynamic catagories".)

So we have to wait until you guys enjoyed Legoland.
