One more question. Since it seems that this is included in the latest SVN of TVE3 I no longer need to download and install according to instructions on the first post?

Testing the new SVN's you need to ensure you 'regsvr32 /u' any previous DVBSUb2.ax and TSreader.ax files you have used outside of the SVN instal. beforehand (tested on VISTA32,XPsp2,W2ksp4)

Also the GUI subtitle switch on/off is working great and shows 'active' when available.

Not to sure if the adjustable 'delay' is working though.

After installin latest SVN of MediaPortal subtitles started to work

If you follow the install steps in the first post then you see that it's not needed anymore to patch the TsReader.ax / DVBSub2.ax Both are now included in the tve3 client install packet. (and before anyone says something about the feature freeze... tve3 isn't in feature freeze yet )

Problems

Hi

I have followed todays new instructions and have 2 problems:

- Nothing happens when I press the L key. Can't see any subtitles at all.
What is wrong?


- It seems to be problems with the SVN 15980. Mediaportal hangs when I change channel (The sound works but no picture). I have to restart MP and can only watch the default channel.

Yep you can call me confused too, L does nothing over here
Not Tourettes fault but the last few SVNs seem to be VERY unreliable, I really wish I had waited before updating.
