New MP1 skin test (3 Viewers)

I have a black thingy at the left of the screen, do you know where it comes from? If I have mediaportal in fullscreen, it is on the 'buttons', and if I alt+enter to get mediaportal in windowed mode, the black "bar" is lower left corner. I also don't see the power button in windowed mode.

What version of MP are you running ? i would suggest uninstalling Ares and then installing the latest version in first post to try again as there something not quite right there. The black thingy as you call it is the expander for when power button has focus but its clearly in the wrong place on your system and i can't replicate even switching between fullscreen and window mode.

Is it possible get the 'i' selected when opening the OSD while watching TV? I'm used to pressing "info" + "ok" on my remote to see the program info (I noticed that "up" works, but, you know, habits..).

Probably i will have a look.

As for the stacking info your getting into the realms of personal preference, there will be an option to turn off the info logos but i have not had time to add it yet.

This was on 1.15. I'll try to reinstall Ares and see if it helps tonight.

(and regarding the info stacking, I know it's personal preference, sneaked that in to try to align your preferences with mine )

I uninstalled Ares (and removed the ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Ares and cache folder), still looks the same. Note that this is on a 2560x1440 display, Changed setting to start in windowed mode, and the black part just above the 'power' button. If I change the resolution to 1920x1080 and start mp in fullscreen, the "black thingy" is at the right place, but covers the actual power button.

If no one else sees this issue, I guess it has something to do with my machine, but it seem also somewhat related to the screen resolution.

Im going to assume it is your resolution and for some reason mp is not scaling it correctly, it happens sometimes no matter how many people claim it scales other resolutions perfectly it does not always. I certainly cant replicate on 1080 or 1080 to windowed mode.

Did you scale from the MP UI or the GFX card?
Best to do with the GFX card and reset the MP UI to default.

I have added the option to switch off/on logo info in osd now and you now press ok on i button to view description etc so the functionality matches the other buttons. Will upload the new installer tomorrow lots of other fixes/options too.

Great skin, but I'm missing a screen in the TV section...
Since I'm using the Regeszters MePo I'd like to be able to connect to an existing stream, but when I click on TV it takes me to the guide immediately. Is there a way to change this?
Maybe I need to fiddle a little with editing the buttons, but by default it goes straight to the guide.

Just swap tv plugin for tvhome that's it, all the tiles are swap able.
