No not yet that is why world weather lite is not listed in plugins list only world weather full currently.
Ajs we need to work out why your text is misplaced, what is you exact resolution and display etc ? I can see in your screenshots that they look slightly squashed, you can see if you look at the sun icon i few posts back it should be round circle but its squashed.

1680х1050 On test computer, 1080p and 720p on production ...

That is probably why you are getting misalignments etc then i doubt mp is scaling it correctly.
