Just right click on skin folder and select "SVN Update". All the files of the skin will be updated to the latest revision.
The support for the Latest Media Handler plugin works only in basic home. The latest version of the basic home editor already supports the Latest Media Handler plugin: Black Glass Blog: Basic Home Editors and Fanart Delays
