Still not working for me 
With my download manager I just get an index html and if I do "save as" it reverts to "mediafire_com.htm"

First time user has results and questions...
This is an interesting utility to obtain Series & Episode numbers when they're missing. TV-Series relies on them to obtain data from theTVDB. I just tried it with mixed results. Attached is a debug log and config file. I'm not sure what the errors are, what didn't get processed and/or why. Although I do have comments/questions:
1. I notice this populates the SeriesNum with the Season which is using a bit of latitude
2. IF there is an EpisodeNum already present it doesn't update anything. Could there be an option to populate even if existing?
3. Do I understand correctly the end of the config.txt that if you say YES you will delete the TV shows from the MP database if they're in the TV-Series DB?
4. I couldn't get the regexp posted on page 1 to work - it would parse the episode NAME as the Series & Episode, so I'm trying a few other structures...
5. They are now calling Law & Order: Los Angeles --> Law & Order: LA which this can't locate in theTVDB. Are substitutions allowed in this utility?
6. I don't know why How I Met Your Mother can't populate the S/E but they seem to be blank...
7. My first log (no debug) had a bunch of lines with "de.." followed by "en.." - was it searching in two languages or what was that about?

I just tried it.
Gives me an error about connecting to mysql..I even tried MSSQl..no go.
Also noticed the log isn't writing out the error message

well I am making progress. I need to learn more about the config file...that solved the backup issue..doh

I too meant to ask about the O:\ drive reference in the config.txt file.... I was hoping by posting my files you could coach me toward understanding if I'm doing things correctly, close or what else I need to do/create to understand the basic capability of this utility.

Could we have a new option?
Personally I'd like to see an option to lookup all Series/Episode numbers (of those series scheduled to be recorded) regardless if they're populated in the MP database... this would look at theTVDB for the value it'll be using (under TV-Series) and overwrite any incorrect values I may have gotten from my EPG source (which filter down to inaccurate filenames and... well, you get the point).
Do you mean into the TV-Server (Series/Movie) Filename format tab? This can be assembled already with the sum of the parts. Or am I missing your point?
