New Tool: episodescanner - adds series and episodenumbers to your MP or 4TR EPG (2 Viewers)

Hi,
the Episodescanner does not find "Grey's Anatomy", I am using 4TR and MSSQL2008 Express.
I think the scanner don't like the 's in Grey's.
Maybe someone can help me.

Hi 404, didn't check the forum for a while. I am using MSSQL, so my file wont help, but I noticed that your db password is "mediaportal but not "MediaPortal". I am not sure, but maybe this is case sensitive?

i got some strange errors at first run in the dos-box.
also i do not see changes in my epg guide ?.

Hi flintstone99 how was the holiday ??...'mediaportal' is not the actual password, I replaced it because it was a public posting anyway I've gone with the 'for the record' logic for recording now along with Mepo tv server and at the moment it seems to work great.
I can't believe how difficult it is to set up series recording in MP after all it's one of the most basic and important functions of any pvr.

Hi,

first of all - great plugin!

Since a few days I can see an (unknown) error when querying thetvdb.com - "Can't use a stale reference as a HASH at Backend/TVDB.pm line 178"

Debug logs attached - can you please have a look into the logs as I am clueless... ;-)

uhu the debug log is pretty big. Could you please give me the series and title where this happens?

Stefan, this happens for two series - one of them is "Crusade" but it is easier to search for "line 178" then you will find all references in the log. Thank you Sebastian
