OK, here it is.

There's nothing wrong with that file.
I'm able to import it without any trouble on my own system.

Ok, so the import status shows 0 channels imported and total programs imported 0
under that is the import status: "tvguide.xml Invalid xml file could not find the "C:\USERS"
it stops there because the plugin windows isn't big enough.

It seems it's trying to locate the file in "c:\users...." but I've set the folder to c:\tvschedule.

Sounds like the folder setting hasn't been saved.

1. Go to the "manual control" section.
2. Click "stop service".
3. Wait.
4. Click "start service".
5. Go back to the XMLTV plugin.
6. Ensure the folder setting is set as "C:\tvschedule".
7. Click import.

Now you should have it show 9 channels and 0 programs.
