I'll try to run Win7DSFilterTweaker and check all formats ... Then, if have time to try ac3filter ...

I found a similar problem, and it invited a strange decision, check it out in the evening.

I've had the same thing and I solved it by unchecking AC3 in the LAV Filters > Audio config > Formats tab. It still bitstreams AC3 fine.

Points 1 - 3 are the best options and wouldn't use their auto-repair but more to see if anything is wrong to begin with

uncheck AC3 on lav-video
and try, i don't know if ac3filter is compatible with hdmi.

Both of the files that work use 48 kHz sampling rate, the file that doesn't work uses 44.1 kHz - could that be a factor ?
