so, excepted the sampling rate :
    48 khz vs 44 khz.

    - try to update HDmi driver ( graphic card )
    - try on Windows soundcard setting, if all work fine. (redone the configuration of the speaker )

    about hardware :
    - the hdmi cable : not related if the 48 khz work, the 44khz will
    - AVR issue : reset it
can you connect your HTPC to AVR with digital coaxial ? ( an simple cinch RCA audio will work )

Edit : can you share your file who don't work?

If the receiver can't handle bit-streamed AC-3 with certain sample rates then either (1)
So far, I have such a single series of mass films. For him to turn off Bitstream I do not want. Those. for the sake of testing, I turned it off, but all the time, perhaps not. Maybe I can encode it as a fact? Or something in it to change to make it work?

I will not even try, do not want to degrade the sound.

So try using MPAR or post-processing to re-encode. AC-3 44.1 kHz -> PCM (digital - no loss) -> AC-3 48/96 kHz. Resampling will mean slight quality loss, but you can't avoid it. If you insist that you must use bit-streaming for these sources then you must be prepared to lose a little quality... or accept the silence.

    It's a digital connection - S/PDIF. No degradation.
HDMI is required to pass HD DD/DTS, Dolby Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD audio codecs. S/PDIF can only pass standard DD/DTS and PCM 2.0

I increasingly suspect that this is the wrong file. Those. there is no sound which is described in the format. Previous season with the same characteristics to work properly.

    Okay.
HDMI can pass 7.1 channel digital PCM without degradation.
So, enable bit-streaming for Dolby TrueHD, DTS and DTS MA, but disable it for Dolby Digital.
Solves your problem without quality loss.
