Hi I hope you can help me, after upgrading to 1.0.2 from 1.0.0 I now have no TV, when I click on My TV the screen goes blue and thats it, MP is then unresponsive and MP has to be stopped by CTRL-ALT DEL.

You need to start SetupTv ( MediaPortal TV Server configuration ) and put the pwd "MediaPortal" -> test -> save -> reboot

Yep done all that and still no go!!

Is TVService running, check in task manager, log says no connection being made to 127.0.0.1:31456.

Just a thought, are you using ForTheRecord, because you will need the fix from their website.

Yep TV service is running and no I don't use ForTheRecord.

The only things I run with MP are Symphys PureAudio plugin, DJBlu's txwriter for the UK Freesat EPG and My TV Series plugin, other than that MP is completely standard.

The funny thing is that this happened when I upgraded to 1.0.1 as well and if I go back to 1.0.0 it will all work ok again

Same here. Update from 1.0.1 (all is running) to 1.0.2 -> No TV (TimeShift/Graph not able to start).

I have similar problems. After upgrade from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 - TV doesn't work anymore. MP crashes after selecting "TV". Also the TV Server setup tool crashes when I try to manual start timeshifting (after MP was started and crashed before). After that TV service is completely unresponsive to all start/stop commands (I have to kill the process or restart the system).

One strange thing I noticed was that the setup tool asked for the db connection settings again after the upgrade.
