Now Playing shortcut (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I'm niew to MP, love it.

Is there a shortcut to jump to "now playing" in Music?

It should be one in the left menu of the Music section, it may also depend on the skin you use...

Thx for the fast response.

I would like to map it to a remote button, so I need a keyboard shortcut, unless I'm overlooking something.

I'm using the default Blue Wide skin, 2.2 +svn.

Hi,
It wont help you to map it to a button, to use "Now Playing" you need songs & if you're in My Music browsing for some you can (MCE remote) use "Play" button + some settings in MP Setup -> Music -> Misc Settings & select the Play now behavior, then it will open in Now Playing when you hit play on an song/folder.

The AlbumArt in the bottom left corner should be selectable and should link to Now Playing, like in MCE2005. Seems pretty simple!

Hi,
This is MediaPortal & not MCE2005

The preview window should be selectable (remote, mouse & keyboard) & when selected + enter/ok it should go to fullscreen visualization (which it did before), so this is probably a bug after introduction of the new viz window.
