Orcas b2 added "Project ToolsVersion="3.5" " to the project files so they could not be opened by VS2005 anymore.
Is there a workaround to it? However since not even .NET3 is mandatory there's not need for .NET 3.5 either so we won't have to update that soon.

As you probably know you can use a target to NET 2.0 or NET 3.0 and NET 3.5 when creating the project..
So it would be good to move on.. Also the changes are not as big as moving from VS2003 to VS2005.

The best thing is that WPF desingner is included so you don't need Microsoft BEND to create WPF applications.

Anyway, the project files are compatible between 2005 and 2008, only the solution file (sln) is different,
so we can make a different sln for 2008, and from then, everyone can pick his/her version of VS.
(As long as we stick to .NET 2.0 off course )

4.5 is really old. I'm not sure 4.5.5 even is a version that actually existed. You should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 7 SP1

Greetings to all Denizens of the land of MediaPortal... It seems our Zap2XML/GraceNote access is broken again. I (as many others) have been using the latest NewZap2xml_6 and it has worked flawlessly. A few days ago it all died. I wonder if anyone is working a solution to save the masses. I am hoping the good citizen of past is...

I currently have two Quatros running, one connect, one duo using OTA antennae, mostly UHF fringe area, mostly cat5 local network. Hauppauge card retired long ago. I have also retired very early SD units, the Quatros seem to work much better than the older units. Go to SD's support website and download and install the windows...
