Hey Moonracer,
You should be able to go into the Extension Installer and Uninstall the plugin. You can also click on the User Config Files drop down at the top left corner of the MP Config to open the Database folder (if you wish to delete your database.)

Please let me know if your issue persists and we can try to get to the bottom of it.

WileE, I couldn't uninstall (Invalid Package) but I did go in and delete the DB file, reinstalled and bam! I'm back in business!

Thanks again for a great plug in.

I noticed that you are using a different them in MP. I'm using MediaStream. Can you point me to a doc or is there a way to customize the look and feel of of the plugin gui. The template may have a lot to do with this.

I just did a fresh install of XP and now when I try to add my netflix account I get a "Invalid Timestamp" error for I believe to be the .net framework......here is a copy and paste of the error details.....

Some additional details....Ive done 3 fresh installs of XP to try to overcome this issue.....installed .net 3.5 sp1 with a FULL package...not the one that downloads it from the net, but I also tried that too. everything else seems to work just fine....except this plugin that was woring before! I tried v.2 and the newest versions of this plugin, but get the same error!

I need my netflix, can anyone help?!!!!!!

Your error is a timestamp error. One of the following is the issue...

- Your time is off by more than 5 minutes on your machine
- Your timezone is set incorrectly
- The checkbox to auto change Daylight Savings is not checked

Check those things, it should clear up your problem...

I did not even think of this......Wonderful plugin Wile E. now only is Media Portal was ported for Ubuntu, as I DESPISE windows!!!!!! Does anyone know know how to port this software so I can run it nativity under linux?

I'm using MP 1.1 beta on this install and still am having 2 issues with Netflix 1.0.1 plugin.

After closing Netflix viewing window MP does not come back up. I have to double-click on the MP icon to bring MP back up on screen (MP is minimized, does not come back to full screen automatically).

Also, I cannot view the My Dvd list with the plugin. At Home, History, Instant Queue etc all work perfectly yet the My Dvd list never comes up. No error messages. Have redone the authorizations several times with no differences. Using StreamedMP and PureVisionHD skins.

Any ideas as to what to try?

Question.... when you search for instant movies do most people only get TV shows? i'm pretty much just getting TV shows. WileECoyote do you think it would be possible to have some sort of option for selecting movies or tv shows? I dont mind having tv shows listed its just that we only get a certain amount show up and i dont want it to be filled by tv shows. Maybe increase the amount of items returned??

I use the Aeon wide skin. The installer didnt put the plugins skin files in the skins\aeon wide foler.

I tried reading every post in this thread, and got to page 14 before I realize it is 57 pages long. I tried searching, but got no results...

I had the plugin working great for a few days,but now for what ever reason I cannot get it to work. I keep getting a "netflix_remote.exe is not available" (or something like that) error. I pasted the path to IE in the plugin settings, but I still get the not available message? I parsed thru the log files, and there are no errors?
