Check you PC settings for time and time zone.

Since you had to set the MP xmltv time offset to zero I guess
you had changed it at some point, do you think that has made any problems?

When you say you cleared the database, do you mean deleted the TVDatabase file?
If not try that.

HTH,
patrick

thanks for the tip, turns out that even though the time was correct the computer thought i was in alaska not virginia. so that took care of it (after i purged the program guide)

Are you guys ever going to upload the new version of the plugin to the plugins directory?

the current version in there does not work and newbies are not finding this thread where you can get a working version.

I'll see what I can do to publish the stable and SVN versions. That is if patrick hasn't beaten me to it already :)

    Worked!

I found this thread yesterday (last night) and got this to work. I wonder if I got the latest version last night? I dunno. Finally works though, after weeks of losing my mind.

    Thank you!

wow! that's awesome, I'm so happy zap2it is now a default plugin :) congrats

If you mean default as in included, that would be with the TVEngine 3 SVN builds. You'll still need to add this plugin to the 0.2.2.0 and SVN installations. ;)

It is nice to have them in a more visible place now!

I have the latest SVN build of TV server 3 and I can't seem to get the epg to work. I have all the settings set correctly, and it's not pulling the epg or something. None of my channels have guide entries or names of channels... This is confusing me very much and annoying me. Thanks for any help I can get.

    With the SVN version.
In the configuration I try the refresh (OK), load (OK), then try to save (Error accessing linesups, the operation has timed out).
The only zap2it entry in the configuration.log file is:
    2007-02-12 12:54:14.264752 [Debug][Config Main]: PluginsNew: loadPlugins C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\process\Zap2itPlugin.dll

    Has anyone else seen this?
