The code needed to setup a zap2it account is in the plugin config window. You can also set the number of days to download. Select one day for now, it won't take as long. The next tab has a checkbox to force the guide update.

As for instructions, the first few posts in this thread had everything that I needed, except which version of the plugin to use. If you take notes and would like to contribute the wiki is open for contributors.

And, as for your frustration, do you feel like this?

Spy1309 use the svn release of the plugin posted in the first part of this thread, this seems to work with the new version of MP..I was in the same boat as you till I decided to try the SVN plugin and now am getting guide updates..hope this helps.

The "lineup" section of the plug in is only to make changes to your line up on Zap2it's site. In reality it is little use to this plugin, other then checking to see if your user/password is correct.

The "key" is right there on the first configuration screen of the plug in. It is under the user/password blocks.

The only file you need to put in the plugins/process directory is the zap2it dll. The rest of the files in the zip are the source code for the plugin. You'll only need to worry about these if you plan on tweaking/building the plugin from scratch.

Ensure you are useing the right version of the plug in file. Look here, it is the latest:

Guys tanx for the replys now I know that I don t need the rest of zap2it files, but still it does not work.
I uninstalled MP , reinstalled back the version 0.2.2, I ve downloaded the last svn
from 12/31/2006 ( btw what is svn a service pack?) installed the latest zap2it plugin version 1.7 still no go .
Can somebody knows what is the error I get in the error log I attached earlier?
And lol I can t find the hammer I was seriously looking for it , I ve found only the 2 pounder to small for the media center box.

PS-Can somebody give me the code needed for the MP when you create the zap2it account I choose one from a different PVR software I don t remember witch so maby is the wrong plugin installed then.

Is anybody having issues with dishnetwork and zap2it listings especially the PPV guide? my guide comes up but it does not display what the PPV channels are showing which is strange..I have checked my zap2it source and its all correct, all the ppv channels show just the words ppv and no movie description.
