PGS Subs in MKV not working (1 Viewer)

Screenshot is just the frame without subtitles. On some other renderers instead of being skipped they get cut but with MP they are just skipped.

Ho and above I meant player. I recall in VLC those 3 lines subs are displayed but cut.

Okay. AFAIK the relevant settings are the splitter and subtitle engine settings. Since you haven't posted log files (!!! ), we can have no idea which options you are using for each of those. Your earlier screenshot showed you're using automatic splitter selection... but that could mean Haali, LAV or something else for all we know.

Ok I had never changed those subtitle engines settings but at some point it was working.
