Maybe you could try vsfilter ? :)
From your log, i'm not sure what splitter are in use, it seems that :
VideoPlayer9: Cleanup InterfaceSourceFilter are in use, i suppose it's that one :

But after that i didn't see what is the splitter in use or it's another source splitter : InterfaceSourceFilter.

    DirectVobSub is not working.
FFDShow is not working either even though I did install it I still get the red warning.

Do you have any mkv rip or any other format with embedded PGS subtitles where they talk quite a lot. TBH the issue is fairly easy to repro if you know where to look.

That's the point, i didn't find useful sample and i will not try to watch full movie to find one lol, mine (PGS) are working and surely because i didn't have a lot of subs to display :)

Fair enough, I suppose it's not that common. Probably the reason why it's not working properly too.

That doesn't mean that it can't be fixed with a proper sample :)
Like you can reproduce, it can be nice to try with different subtitle engine.

Did you try with MPC-HC software ? (like MPC-HC engine is based on it).
