From the evr.log it looks like you are experiencing a lot of late frames of which not all are properly dropped and therefore audio and video start to drift.
The 2nd thead also has some DLLs for testing on MP 1.1.0 Beta 1 a few posts from the end. Will also be in one of the next SVN builds. These DLLs will drop late frames to keep audio and video in sync. Reason for a lot of late frames is a different story though (most of the time codec or CPU/GPU limitations)
Would be nice if you can try out the DLLs and report back in the thread if this fixes your audio/video sync issues or if any new problems are introduced.
Haven't tried them on a 1.0.2 installation. But giving it a try should not cause serious problems. Worst thing: MP or MP configuration crashes and then you revert back to the original DLLs (just rename them before trying the other).
MP has adjustable audio delay. I don't know whether this works for all video formats, but it certainly works for TS files, and may work for MP4 files.
There is a slider that allows you to adjust the audio delay while playing a video. Press the INFO button on the remote control to display the OSD, select the "Audio" icon, and then...

This is not an audio/video out of sync issue but a delay in audio in playback

Sorry, it's my fault -- I did not notice that you are using MP2. :(
MP1 has a separate configuration utility, similar to "TV Server Config". I have tried MP2 only a couple of times, and have never used it seriously. I don't know what MP2 supports with regard to adjusting audio delay, but I do know that all of the adjustments of...

So, you're power cycling the TV, but not putting the PC to sleep ?
In General => Startup/Resume settings, try checking "Ignore Windows resolution/size changes"
In Codecs and Render, try selecting the specific audio device rather than "Default DirectSound device"
Just ideas, no guarantee this will do anything.
If this doesn't work, I...

Can anyone tell me the step-by-step procedure for bringing up a second channel in pip mode? I can only do it sometimes, after many tries, and it’s not clear what I am doing that makes it work on those occasions when it does. Cannot find guidance on the site.
Thanks, N.
Again, if anyone knows how to do this, would be much...
