    Hi,
Attach your system specification & logs to your post, we will be guessing on solution without information. Btw movies from HDD works fine here using cyberlink as codecs

    Hi,
Well no log = no solution(it works here so i can't confirm the issue either), mediaportal.log will tell if something isn't started when selected & give a error code ;)

    Regards

Movies from HDD work fine here as well.
Both avi and dvd iso play fine.
    I'm using MPV/MPA codecs.

    Hi,
The complete log will tell more, like codecs used, skin used etc which may explain why you have problem & not me. Since you're not adding required information theres really not much we can do......
Btw, the error code it's much likely pin not connected, but to what i dunno ;)

So, you're power cycling the TV, but not putting the PC to sleep ? In General => Startup/Resume settings, try checking "Ignore Windows resolution/size changes" In Codecs and Render, try selecting the specific audio device rather than "Default DirectSound device" Just ideas, no guarantee this will do anything. If this doesn't work, I...

    MP1 MP2 MP2 - V2.5 MP2 wont read DVDs! DE
I bought Fight Club from an op shop (Goodwill to you yanks) but my PC reads the DVD as a folder. Both media players wouldn't run it, so I tried running it in MP2. However, when I play it, MP2 crashes to desktop (I think the debug log said it was a "fatal exception" or something). Can anyone please help?
