playlist issue (1 Viewer)

is there any possibility to show the id3 tags when playing playlists in my music instead of the filenames? or i am only to blind to see?

OK, it's me again. I just tried a little bit - but cannot find the reason for this.
I have different playlists - when i play them for some titles only the filename is shown, not the name in the id3 tag. On the actual song page (don't know if thats right in the english version - in german it is aktueller titel) all information is shown correctly.
I have tried to change the tags, tried to change filenames, rescanned my music database (several times) but nothing changed.
Which kind of tag do I have to use (id3 v1, v2, ape)? (and by the way, what are the differences)
Or do I use the wrong kind of playlist? (wpl-files)

if anyone is interested - i found a solution:
my mp3 files and playlist files are stored on another computer than mediaportal runs.
when i insert all files into the media library of wmp on my mediaportal computer everything is fine.
