It seems to be a driver that prevents system idle timeout; probably the driver of the tv card. You can try to disable such unwanted requests by calling powercfg with the -REQUESTSOVERRIDE parameter, but I have no experience with this.Display:I can only remove that message at systeem by stopping the TV-Service.
