    Here is the file. Sorry.

Thanks. I will try this tomorrow.

One thing that occurs to me. Is there a .ts file with exactly the same filename (apart from .ts) ? If so, can you play the .ts file using other software (windows media player)?

It seems to me that there are a couple of possibilities.

    1. MP knows that the recording is bad, so it doesn't import it.
    2. The filename is in a format that MP doesn't like.

I don't think you have posted any logs from a failed import. These will also be useful (TV server logs).

I have added a poll to the first post. This is not strictly a poll, but a way of keeping track of who has tested and found everything to be working fine.

If you vote for the second option, you won't be able to change your vote if a problem is fixed.

    Cheers,

    Here is the file. Sorry.

Right, I can reproduce the problem.

It seems to be because you no longer have the channel on which the recording was made. If I edit the channel name in the xml file to be a channel I have, then it imports fine.

If you can confirm that you don't have the channel any more, I will file a bug report for this in mantis.

It isn't a new bug that should stop us releasing 1.2.3. I guess it has always been this way, but you didn't notice it until the channel disappeared.

Edit: I have updated the wiki. In order to import these recordings, you need to click on 'Change channel'.

Ok very good guys. Channel names have indeed been changed. I will move all of them to video then.
    Thanks

    Hi,

One really important question for the testers.

How many of you are using analog, digital cable and digital satellite TV ? We really need people to ensure that the fix for DVB-T2 EPG doesn't cause problems for other TV users (even though this fix may not actually be included - certainly if no-one responds, it won't).

Myself I am using only DVB-S2 for now. Herzian TV (Analog) is not available any longer in France or Belgium only DVB-T (not T2 yet).

And this version works just as well as 1.2.2 (I know you have some issues, just need to make sure it is no worse)?
