Just to close this discussion from my side. I replaced the TV-card with the another one, still 2400i, and the problem is gone.

It all had to do with the HTPC resuming from S3 standby and for some reason my old TV-card stopped working after some 3-5 minutes after waking up. With the new card I do not have this problem any more.

It had nothing to do with TV3E ;)

Same for me. After S3 standby I have also reactivation problems with ma Technotrend s2-3200 (Vista 32 bit, Driver 5.0.0.12). Sometimes I have to restart the system, restarting TVServer does not help.

    Hi Kszabo,

I believe your card is PCI-based. I had some severe problems with a Twinhan 3040 that was PCI-based. It turned out to be something like "USB over PCI" that caused the problems. I also had to restart to get it to work. With S1 standby it worked OK though.

The Terratec card was less difficult to cope with since a channel change corrected the problem.

    /Peter
