Hi.
This case looks good for sure.
But I have a little worry about mounting HDD upside down. If you only use SSD, so no problem, but HDD has a lot shorter lifetime if they are mounted upside down. HDD should be mounted upside up or in an 90° angle, but never upside down.

And you don't have free air above the drives, which will produce an amount of heat not to be forgotten.

If this would be my project I would add a "sledge" under the MB mounting plate with an extra cm in height to mount HDD upside up and with a little space above to have some air cooling them...

I had visioned for my setup to include 8 x 100w amp, four HDMI inputs, AV inputs, pretty much a receiver cross HTPC, passive cooling. Having everything built in.

There is also possibility to make perforation from bottom to get fresh air. But Im not counting with card in pci-e port because of low profile of case. Hi.
Maybe some special drives can work the same if Upside down. But from my personal long time experience I can tell you, most of the drives are failing really quickly (some weeks up to some month) if you mount them the wrong direction. It's not even a year ago I last time had such a failure. I bought an external HDD so I can't see which way the drive was mounted. It was upside down and fails after 6 weeks, 2 TB of data lost... So for me, I would never buy a case with upside down mounted HDD. You really should think about this before you're going to produce something. Maybe you can add the drives to the side or top if there's not enough space below.

I was watching for some articles and I read that if HDD is free of vibrations, upside down should be fine.

In my 25 years of Corp I.T. I can tell you no one builds a server, raid, workstation with the drives up side down.
It is just not done and I personally will not do it...

Press down some tabs to aline up with the side mounting holes on the HDD, surely some holes in the bottom plate won't hurt?
