If you can wait some days the new MP-Version will be out and with that comes new PVHD as well. Will post some screenshots immediately.

I just made an update to 1.2 and PVHD(blue) and Streamradio doesn't work. Skin or Plugin Problem?!?

Well, direct from the North Pole: The PureVisionHD Xmas 2010 Add-on
Just copy the content of the .rar into your PureVisionHD folder (overwrite, and don´t forget to backup your original PVHD).
Clear skin cache, and restart MP.

Also, everyone be sure to delete the content of the Animations folder (after backing up) before pasting or you'll only get the XMas art once every animation rotation.
