    You could try to install without the plugins (although you are the first one mentioning problems with this) ;)

    Hi to all,

    yesterday I've created a plugin with MultiShortcut plugin. To enter the plugin inside the PureVisionHd skin, I have to go to the plugins Menu. That works perfect. Now I would like to have the possibillity to enter the plugin direct from the Main Menu instead from the plugins menu. So I opened the PureVisionHd menu editor but didn't find my plugin. I think I should change a XML-File, but don't know how. Can anybody help me?

    thanks

    PS: I use MP 1.2.1 an PureVisionHD Version 5.0

    Hi Enonimus, you have to add the parameters of that plugin in the SupportedPlugins.xml in the Layouts folder in your PVHD skin folder. Not a big deal - just copy the last item and replace the data with the data of that plugin ;)
    Example:
    <!--"MultiShortCut" The name of the main.xml for this plugin-->
    <plugin>
    <label>MultiShortCut</label>
    <name>MultiShortCut</name>
    <hover>an image from the Media folder corresponding to this plugin</hover>
    <buttonFocus></buttonFocus>
    <hyperlink>the window ID of that plugin</hyperlink>
    </plugin>

    There's no need to edit that xml, rather do this: on the Menu Editor choose an empty item or an item you want to replace with your multishortcut item and on the Edit Item window click on Advanced and enter the required info.

    Sorry if this has answered before.
    Made a search but found nothing.
    Now I'm using PurevisionHD as my favourite skin.
    Big thanks to the author. Wonderful skin.
    Only a minor bug.
    Teletext window doesn't fill the screen and it's not centered.
    Maybe it depends on the resolution of the desktop (1920x1080)
    Teletext window is on the left and near the top, but is a little window (you can see tv screen on the back)
    With default wide and streamedmp is all right.
    Maybe there's something to change in a xml skin file?
    Thank you,
    sdf

    Hi sdf, welcome to PVHD :D
    I made the teletext that way so the letters are proportional (not stretched to full screen width - which is wrong in Default Wide and StreamedMP)).
    If you see Teletext on many STBs, it´s in the middle leaving space left and right.
    If you want it wider and/or more in the middle, just edit the file mfsteletext.xml in your PVHD folder and adjust the <posX>, <posY>, <width> and <height> properties (both for ID 500 and ID 501). Easy and fast ;)
    After that you have to clear the skin cache (in your MP program data folder).
    BTW - do you see it as in the screenshot below?

    Thank you catavolt for your fast answer.
    Yes, I see teletext exactly as in the screenshot.
    Will tune the window editing mfsteletext.xml
    Thank you again,
    sdf
