Well, yes but, it's a little bit more complicated as it seems, I explain :
When tags are OK (corrects inTV recorded streams, when french people use racacax tvguide, for example, like @azzuro already know), seasons are displayed but unfortunately, not when correct information in filename but not in tags (a downloaded serie for example) :

    When tags are OK
You have to use the TVSeries importer and set the Parsing Expressions as needed:

Make sure, your naming is something like this:

The Outpost-1x1.mp4 or The Outpost 2x1.mkv etc.

Then import them from there and you will have the correct display.

Well, in my example, I have S02E03, normally it should be OK and I also updated TV-series imports.
Imagine, a "simple" user who don't know about regex, etc...
Also, how can we explain that "The Outpost S02E03.mkv" filename can be correctly decoded in DefaultWide skin (minus no season (or saison) label) and, not decoded fine in PureVision ? (I just wonder...)

Just ran a test with "The Outpost S02E03.mkv" and it does not show the series/episodes cont correct :(
Then I added a "-" to have this filename: "The Outpost-S02E03.mkv" and voilá it shows up correctly in DWHD and PVHD.

The TVSeries parser NEEDS a delimiter between filename and episode count, a simple space is not enough (because space would be interpreted as part of the series name).
So unfortunately you need a bit of naming discipline to achieve what you want ;)

I did the same as you for the outpost-SxxEyy filename and at least, even if I can't test sharply because it only stay one episode for season2 on this serie in my computer, I don't see 2 times "episode" on the skin (only a bit overlap ;)) :

And if I test with another serie, all is OK but, I will take care in the future with series names containing space(s) :

I think the problem is not in the skin but maybe, in the plugin, in some particular case.
I renamed again the file without hypen then "The Outpost S02E03.mkv".
I unchecked "skip season view when there is only one".

And then, I have season displayed, even without hyphen in filename :

    Hello,
    it's me, again...
By using this skin frequently (I absolutely don't know why, by chance ? (y))
I found something could be interesting for users (more accurate informations) but, I don't know if it's a BIG work on skin :

Here, we can see that recording is in progress :

    zz1.png

And here, we can see that they are more than one :

    zz2.png

Oh yeah, at least 3 :

    zz3.png

We win, we have at least 3 records on the same time :

    zz4.png

Then, would it be possible to have the number of recording in the 3 first screen, instead of "rec" ?
(May be not, if it's too much work...)
