The file "MediaPortal-Error.log" shows many errors that have this Windows error code: 0x80004005.

This page suggests that you should run Windows Update to fix the software error that causes this problem.

Thanks for your reply. In Win7 this error appears to be for an "unspecified error". I'm sure there is some sort of issue but everything works ok in general and I don't think it relates to the problem I outlined.

    I also checked your logs, there is no evidence for a skin issue at all, so it seems it has to do with your PowerScheduler (a lot of entries refer to PS) ;)

    Found something.
    • Record a channel (ch 6 in this example).
    • Go to another channel (9 for example).
    - Go back to ch 6 then, during one second, when video not present yet, overlap in red dot :
