For settings icons and clock :

On BasicHome there is no clock and icon as default and can´t be activated.
That setting is for all other screens only (not BasicHome and ClassicHome)

For scheduled :

I understand it's not easy, without TV card.
The bad side with all delete was all shortcuts loosen.
The good side is I have recovered the infoservice display in basichome.

Can you give me the specific place where is the code for columns/lines changes for this ?
I mean the xml file name and, where in the file.
Then, I could try to modify and, see what happen...

From my screenshots above you can see I´m using DriveFreeSpace, so I forgot to edit the properties when no DriveFreeSpace - very sorry about that and all your hassle - but finally you got your infoservice back
When testing all changed things I found that some fanart isn´t working when on other backgrounds than standard, e.g SmartOne background.
This is fixed now, you can use any fanart on either standard background or any other background.
If you like to test here the (hopefully) final BraveNewWorld version.

It is working with SmartOne, Disco...
Really a pity that videos fanart can't be same behaviour as music.
May be a last shortcut could be interesting (IMHO), to recover the fullscreen with remote up button :
