Whithin the next days I wil reorganize the PureVision Forum by dividing the threads into PureVision 4:3, PureVisionHD and PureVisionHDX.
I will also move some replies referring to always asked questions into a special branch, maybe language settings and RSS support.
You will find these subthreads under the main thread.

Hi,

first of all: I really like this skin.
But I got one problem.
In MPTV-Series i get no Series/Season or Episode Information.
Several Icons are shown, but no description or Preview Picture.
I tried a SVN of MPTV Series and also scanned the whole Data again but it didnt work.

Anybody got an idea how to fix this?

I´m using PurevisionHDX 2.2

Edit: I reinstalled MP completely and now its working as it should.

Hope every things fine with you

Just checked out HDX on a clean install using default TV, really nice, with no problems so far, running without FTR installed at the moment, as waiting for the fix for it regarding recorded tv not showing

Anyway why I am posting.

Running resolution of 1280x720 and get this on home screen for weather placement.



I know you test this at 1366x768 so grateful for anything you can do.

ps. any chance of adding support for https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/plugins-47/showtimes-plugin-suite-v2-2009-03-09-a-49668/

sorry but slowly i loose completly the overwiev. today i read from PureVisionHDX.
please what is purevision hdx??? and what is the difference to pure-vision?
hopeing someone can give me an short explanation.

Hi Catavolt,
I've installed PureVissionHDX latest version on MediaPortal 1.0 with the latest SVN (22029).
As with my previous installation of PureVissionHD I changed the fonts.xml to support Hebrew language (add the <start>0</start>,<end>1536</end> lines).
However now I got a message that this skin is outdated (the orange message box), I pushed the ignore button and MP looked like it was starting to load, but then it crashed (no error windows, just disappeared).
When I switched the MP language to English there was no problem with the skin, only when the language was set to Hebrew.
This did not happen in PureVisionHD on RC4.

Something changed?
I also tried to copy the fonts.xml file from the older version, but it still didn't work.

Hi lebovitz,
atm I have no idea what may have happened. First of all, the skin should NOT show the outdated message. Second, nothing was changed in fonts.xml, I expect it to work as it should, also with your mods to support Hebrew. I don´t know if there were changes in MP itself. So I will keep an eye on that issue, maybe I can find out something.
