run comskip at night (1 Viewer)

is there an easy way to just run comskip on my recorded tv folder at night (when nothing is recording)? Of course some videos would already have comskip info so I would want to skip those.

Any reason you don't want to run comskip when recordings are going on?

Since I played around with all the settings as per the previous posts and despite putting everything back to how it was, as far as I can tell, now when my HTPC wakes up to make a recording it no longer does so in away mode.
