Guys, please I have looked everywhere but I can not find the info.

From where do I get the *unlocked* SAF? Is that something I have to pay for, if yes where? I can't seem to find this infrmation any where, I can not find the PDVD file in the new installations please help.

Quite simply because it is easily accessible. Being a forum, you'll find there is a "search this thread" function. Being a web page on teh interwebz, you'll find that you can use the "find" function in your browser to find the information you're looking for.

I honestly don't know why so many people have to ask, it's in the first frakking post.

And why did you choose MPC as videdecoder for H.264? Use PowerDVD

Neither of those codecs are perfect. PDVD fails to fall back software mode when GPU doesn't support the profile that is decoded (mainly ATI issue, as it has reference frame limits) and MPC-HC fails completely to decode VC-1 interlaced content. There are probably more, but those are pretty major ones.

If you can't help yourself in this matter, you shouldn't be using SAF or MediaPortal for that matter.

Go buy a shiny Mac, it "just works".
