Hello,
I made a vc1 file with clown_bd from my HD-DVD.
My problem is, that I can´t play the file, whatever I use. With Cyberlink Codec 9 or MPC Codec I get the error
Abspielen nicht möglich: Video_3.vc1
VideoCodec: VC-1
AudioCodec:
I use the latest SAF unlocked.
Can anybody else play vc1 files?

And it is VC-1p or VC-1i?
Sample please.

Wow, thanks for the fast reply.
Its "The big lebowski" in 1080p.
How can I make an example? Which program is able to cut vc1?
I tryed to play it directly with MPC-HC and this did not work too.

The problem is solved for me. Vc1 still doesn´t play but the software I use for converting my HD-DVDs is able to export to m2ts and that format plays without any problems.

Sorry for making trouble

Usage of Cyberlink MPEG-2 decoder is stored per application here:

    Code:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cyberlink\Common\CLVSD\MediaPortal]
    "UIUseHVA"=dword:00000001

Hoborg - upon further testing I've found that with PDVD MPEG2 DXVA OFF - my stutter issue goes away (CPU around 25-30% average, tv server + mediaportal combined). The Elecard MPEG2 decoder averages 30-40% CPU so I don't believe either is using DXVA. Any ideas?

FYI I can watch 1080p MKV @ 2-5% CPU average, using the MPC Video Decoder.

    Cyberlink DVD navigator with SAF?

I face the issue described in he SVN thread .:here:. and I am told to use the Cyberlink DVD navigator.

However, there is no Cyberlink DVD navigator showing in my list of navigators. Any hint about what I need to do so that I can use the Cyberlink DVD navigator?

    Thx a lot.

    G.
