Hi,

I installed saf and i was happy till i tried playing some self encoded Musicvideos , Sound is working, video not. The file is playing in mpc-hc, so i dont have any idea why is not playing in mp...(i have selected mpc as h264 decoder in video section in mp, only saf 4.0beta and ati catalyst 9.10 installed)

What is wrong?

And why did you choose MPC as videdecoder for H.264? Use PowerDVD

BTW, that is *.TS container? If yes, simply rename *.TS to *.M2TS and try again.

is also not working and @ the first page on the second picture in video settings is the mpc decoder in the h264 section...

No , its mkv...here a video example cuttet with avimuxgui, (so i am not sure if the format is the same(but it seems so, and its also not playing video in mp)).. Is there better cutting tool?

I can confirm wierd issue.

Video can be played outside MP normaly (Graphstudio, MPC-HC) but fail in MP with the same decoders/splitter in use.
Looks like some MP issue to me - maybe you should inform MP team...

Not here... it plays normally in my MP. Windows XP, SAF 4.00beta and MediaPortal 1.1 with some SVN, I don't remember which one now but about a couple of weeks ago, I guess.

I find PDVD doesn't like some h264 encoded rips.
I use MPC for Video and PDVD for HDTV.

Just tested on my home machine - no problem at all (???)
