Any idea what this is? I haven't done an autotune in setup because i'm running an HDPVR, and i'm under the impression i need to have the guide downloaded first and then use a blaster to control the set top box.

You're correct. You don't need to do an auto-tune. Are you using the latest version of the plugin (SchedulesDirectPlugin-MP1.1.0Final-svn18.rar)?

I noticed this setting: "Add New Analog Channels is set to: True, with External Input: YRYBYInput1."

Because of this setting, it may be looking for analog channels and finds none. There's a bug in there somewhere for sure, but try disabling this setting to see if you can get around the bug.

I could not get the built-in hauppauge blaster plugin to work... seems to lock up the thread.... might have read that this is a known issue when IRSS is installed at the same time, not sure.

I use IRSS with USB-UIRT.... it's never missed a recording for me.

    Good luck.

It was driving me nuts (well, it bugged me at least) that the series "$..! My Dad Says" would not properly be found by this plugin. So I added a small feature that allows you to specify thetvdb.com ID for the series instead of the name. I suppose it's because of the "*" in the name that caused the search to fail.

So, a new load is available with just this change.

I haven't tested with MP1.1.1, but it should be fine. Let me know if otherwise.

EDIT: Oh ya, almost forgot... If you're having trouble getting Chuck episodes to work for this season, follow these instructions:

    Cheers.

I am running media portal 1.2.0 alpha and am having trouble getting schedules direct to pull down a guide. Prior to the upgrade I (1.1.1) I was unable to get audio or video on either of my analog cards. I am now able to get both off of my analog cards, but I cannot get a full guide to pull down. I have two guides one for digital and one for analog, should the include analog channels be checked my case? Also is there a way to pull down two separate guides? If you need a debug log let me know. Thanks for your help.

Yes, you can get multiple lineups into your guide... it's all a matter of the plugin mapping the channels in your SD lineup to those configured on your cards.

Attach your tv.log after a force guide update on restart of the TV server to see what's going on.

    Hey HudsonHawk04,

Try unchecking the "automatically add new digital cable/satellite channels". This is for people with a settop box only.

Did the SD plugin auto-create a bunch of channels? If so, delete the ones that were created by the plugin.

Instead, the plugin should simply map the auto-tuned channels to the SD lineup channels.

Let me know how it goes.
