*bump* Is this issue on the radar of a developer or could this be added as a bug to mantis (since it's confirmed by multiple people)?

Fortunately I can watch the encrypted channels by running the "CommonInterface.exe" but it's a workaround nevertheless...

:D
In addition to this I have a similar experience with the KNC1 DVB-S+ tv-card.
TV Server detects the CAM/CI (logfile, altough no CI-menu is available!?) but MediaPortal won't play scrambled channels.
GlobalTV (the TV Viewer-software that came with the card) has no problem playing the scrambled channels.

Hi dieBagger,

I've got nearly the same problem with my Hauppauge HVR4000 with my WinTV-CI and newest SVN as I could see it in your log. I will provide my logs when I'm home but it seems that my Setup stops working on the same point in my logs, when it comes to the audio thing (sorry for the "thing" I'm no developer ;)!?!

Furthermore you've been talking about a CommonInterface.exe can I download that somewhere, or ist that a prog tha is HW specific???

:D & Regards

    Same here,

only one diffrence, I have the problem only one or two times a month, disconnect and connect the CI from the Cam helps on my site.
I never tryed to use the CI.exe from D. Everywhere, but i give it a try now.

    Hi,

I'm pretty sure the CommonInterface.exe is only for DigitalEverywhere cards...
