[TV] SD and HD channels are tuned only after 2nd attempt if transponder is changed (1 Viewer)

Is really a transponder changing issue.
For SD and HD the indeed the same problem.

Well, as long as i stay on the same diseqc port i can tune the channels fine first time. Its only if the channel im changing to is on a different satellite that the problem occours. Also my problem is not only on HD channels

Problem of users with cards different manufacturers. I first thought that the issue in the drivers Technotrend (ttBdadrvapi.dll).
But the problem appears.

Although the log ' s stated:

Technosat card - every time I change satelite I get an error (usually 'no card available', sometimes 'cannot start graph'). I also get an error for the first channel I select after a restart.

noone from the team (including myselfe) can even reproduce this problem......

as this seems to be a problem of many users, how can we troubleshoot that..? e.g will it help if one of the developers gets access to a machine with the problem, cause if this will help i will setup a test-environment...
